Niuaro lets users create, organize and manage lists, sublists, places, links and related content. Users agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Users are responsible for the content they add to the app and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights, applicable laws or reasonable service rules.

We aim to keep the service available and secure, although interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical incidents, updates or causes outside Niuaro's reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Niuaro will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by misuse, external failures or temporary service unavailability.
