Delete account

Instructions for App Store and Google Play users.

How to request deletion

To request account deletion, email [email protected] from the email address associated with the account and use the subject: "Delete account".

Data deleted

After verifying the request, data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized, including user profile, lists, sublists, created content, links, attachments and linked synchronization data.

Data that may be retained

Minimal data may be retained when necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve security incidents, prevent abuse, handle claims or evidence operations completed before deletion.

Estimated timeframe

Deletion will be processed within an estimated 30 days after request verification, unless a legal or technical obligation justifies a different period.
